Open Career Hunt
"Helping youth make better career decisions using Canada’s open data."
By connecting our users to Canada's open industry data, we allow youth to make more informed decisions about which industry they would like to enter after leaving high-school, entering a trade, or entering post secondary education.
The intended user of this app includes both youth who are looking for a career, as well as any other Canadian who is trying to find their first career or change careers.
Our app was built using meteor, and has a web, iOS and Android version. However, the iOS and Android versions would not successfully connect to the server after being deployed. Potentially, the app could be easily configured correctly to allow multi device support.
